Questions Buyers Ask

How does the dual coil affect the draw compared to my current device?

The dual coil system alternates between two coils every ten seconds. This mechanism helps maintain a consistent flavour profile and prevents dry hits, ensuring a smoother draw throughout the entire 25,000 puff lifespan of the Raspberry Coconut MTRX MX 25000.

Is the nicotine strength suitable for heavy smokers transitioning to vaping?

Yes, this device contains 50mg/mL of nicotine salt. This high concentration provides a strong throat hit that closely mimics the satisfaction of traditional cigarettes, making it an excellent choice for those looking to switch from smoking.

Can I adjust the airflow on this device for a tighter or looser draw?

Absolutely. The Raspberry Coconut MTRX MX 25000 features adjustable airflow controls. This allows you to customise the draw to your personal preference, whether you favour a tight, restrictive pull or a more open, airy experience.

How do I recharge the battery when it runs low?

The device is fully rechargeable via a standard USB-C cable. Simply connect the cable to the port located at the base of the unit to restore power, ensuring you can continue enjoying your 20mL of e-liquid without interruption.
