Contact Us
Whether you have a question about a product in the catalogue, need a hand with an order you have placed, or want to ask about a return or a faulty item, we are glad to hear from you. Reach out through the contact page and include your order number if your query relates to a purchase.
Bulk and wholesale buyers are welcome to get in touch about multi-pack listings, and anyone chasing a particular brand, puff count or flavour that they cannot find in the index is encouraged to ask.
